Delivery & returns

Order delivery days are working days which excludes national holidays and weekends mainland UK only.

Standard delivery in 3-5 working days for anywhere in the UK.

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.50

Delivery Title and Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel  your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.

We have no liability to you for any delay in delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to event(s) that is outside our reasonable control.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once we have received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.


RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice delivery note. On receipt of the returned items, we will re-credit the original purchaser’s card with a full refund (excluding your original delivery charge). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reach your account.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer you a proof of delivery. Please note, Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back to us at ThreadBear Design, our UK partners.
