Twice a year I make the very long trip to our awesome supplier out in Java in Indonesia. I am so proud to be working with these wonderful people.

I work closely with a group of highly skilled craftsmen in the factory's sample making workshop, where they cut and structure our 2 dimensional design drawings into 3 dimensional shapes. Everything at this stage is done by hand using specialist cutting tools....but the bit that always amazes me is the beautiful way they do the screen printing, mixing up the colours by hand and eye...love this part!

These mock ups are then approved and coloured and decorated with our own original illustrations, resulting in a final product ready to be assessed and approved. We then work together on a structure for the packaging.
